Terms and Eligibility

- Maximum loan amount is up to two months gross monthly income but not to exceed $10,000
- Pay back period up to 24 months
- The borrower must have been employed at least 6 months with the present employer
- Our interest rate is 14%* per annum
|

To apply for the loan, please present the following documents:
|
|
|
- Completed loan application form by applicant (and co-applicant or co-signer, if applicable). All blanks must be completely filled in. If a section or particular question does not apply, write "NA".
- Employment certificate or employment letter that states the start and end of employment and the monthly/annual compensation.
- A copy of most recent Income Tax Return (Form 1040)
- A copy of the last two paychecks of pay stubs
- A copy of proof of address (utility bills, bank statements, etc.)
- Two pieces of identification (at least one of them must be government-issued photo identification)
- Additional documents for non U.S. citizen: documentation of current status (e.g. permanent resident card, passport and visa, visa extension documents)
- $20.00 non-refundable application fee will be collected upon submission of your application (payable by cash or check)
