Remit to Metrobank Account
Express transfer of funds to a Metrobank Philippine Peso or Dollar account. This allows your beneficiary to withdraw funds from a Metrobank branch or through online ATMs nationwide, usually within 24 hours from the date of the transaction.
Claim at Our Branches/Payout Centers
Your beneficiary can claim your remittances over the teller’s counter at any of our 550 Metrobank branches and 2,650 domestic pick-up partners nationwide. Funds are expected to arrive within 24 hours for over-the-counter pickups at Metrobank branches and 2 to 5 business days at payout centers. Payment to the beneficiary will be completed upon proper identification.
Door-to-Door Delivery
Funds are delivered right at your beneficiary’s residence or at your desired address. Funds are normally delivered within two to five business days depending upon the beneficiary’s location. Payment to the beneficiary will be completed upon proper identification.
Remit to Other Bank's Account
We can send your money even to other Philippine banks’ accounts. Usually, it takes 48 hours to transfer your money to the other domestic bank’s head office. Please take note that the beneficiary bank may charge additional fees and it may take them extra time to credit your beneficiary’s account.
Pay Bills
You can conveniently pay your family’s everyday expenditure (ex. utility bills, loan amortizations and insurance premiums) in the Philippines using our Bills Payment system. Your payments will be transferred directly to your merchants/billers’ Metrobank account, similar to a money remittance transfer. Please present a copy of your biller’s statement/invoice for the initial processing of your Bills Payment.
